Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT issued in the following situations:

The game account was banned by anti-cheat or game developers.
The software malfunction is caused by your operating system problems (incompatibility, viruses, lack of drivers).
The product is under maintenance or updating.
The buyer refused technical support assistance to resolve the issue.

A refund is possible EXCLUSIVELY in the case of a confirmed technical malfunction of our software that cannot be resolved.

The decision is made by the administration on an individual basis.
